Have you ever come down to the Riverside Arts Market only for me to be sold out of what you wanted? It happens and I hate seeing your face and not being able to provide exactly what you wanted in that moment.
So I decided to add store pick up to the shop. All you have to do is make your order by Tuesday night for pick up that upcoming Saturday at the Riverside Arts Market. When you get to the cart choose the pickup option. When you get to RAM that Saturday, come on back behind the counter. I'll have your bag ready along with your invoice attached! Easy peasy… lemon squeezy ( I had to do it) No waiting in line or paying for shipping and you'll be able to get what you want without worrying if I'm sold out or not.

One of my favorite things about fall (or Autumn if you're fancy) is Pumpkin everything! In Florida it's still balls to the walls hot and humid but that never stopped me from getting my basic on. One of the other things I like to introduce in fall is the deeper, earthier and richer scents. I like for most of soaps to match that aesthetic as well. So to start the season off with a bang I've added Pumpkin Cookie to the lineup! Pumpkin Cookie isn't just your normal Pumpkin Spice blah blah blah. It's got more body than your bar with an awesome blend of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger combined with dark rum, pumpkin puree and vanilla extract. Has eat me up written all over that description! I added gold dust to the top because.. well... gold dust. ![]() I had to complete the line with a matching sugar scrub and coffee scrub. Nothing says fall (or autumn) like coffee scrub! I changed the fragrance of the coffee scrub a bit. It's a blend of cocoa bean, steamed milk and pumpkin spices topped with whipped cream and a touch of rum. Ok now that I'm thinking about it, maybe my idea of fall is all things pumpkin and a side of rum. Don't quote me on that. My question is this: Is making a Pumpkin Cookie lotion too extra?
My little love muffin has decided that she wants to write a story about the Riverside Arts Market and include selfies among other pics for an assignment for class. If you're in the Jacksonville area and want to stop and give my sweet angel a hug and a selfie it would mean the world to this proud momma. #momfirst #bossladysecond I know for a lot of you 2016 wasn't great. Although I can sympathize I don't feel the same. There are so many things I can list but I'll just share some of the highlights :) So yeah guys!! This lady is now stocked in west elm!! Can you believe it?!? I've been in the store for about 3 months or so. The product is seriously flying off the shelves and I couldn't be happier. For now I'm only stocked in the Jacksonville west elm but I'm hoping to add another store after the holidays. If you happen to be in the area please stop by 10274 Buckhead Branch Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32246. Everyone in there is so nice and super helpful!!
I can't believe a year ago (8/7/15) I took the leap when the Riverside Arts Market called and said "Do you want to be on First Coast Living this Friday?" I was beyond scared but I knew that this was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up. But it's LIVE tv!! Thankfully, my good friend Kerry was there to calm me down and tell me jokes while we waited. When they finally did call me up. Maria had already talked to me and explained the direction she was going in. I thought I literally poop my pants and vomit at the same time but I was able to speak on my passion and forget the fact that my knees were about to give out and my head felt like it would explode. If you watch the video as they zoom out and start talking about the next segment you can see me pretend like I'm vomiting LOL! HAHA look at that goofy smile. I thought I was going faint there!
This was a great experience! I am forever grateful to the Riverside Arts Market for giving me this opportunity and First Coast Living for making me feel so warm and welcome. It was an amazing opportunity that keeps on giving. I still get new customers visit at RAM saying they saw this segment as recent as two weeks ago. ![]() Everyone gets caught up with the daily grind, between running from work to drinks with friends, trying that new recipe for balsamic, garlic-crusted pork tenderloin and don't forget sleep; who has time to consistently pamper yourself? Well, you do. All it takes is choosing the right product or taking a few minutes to get that feeling of being in a luxury spa. Of course, the products we make were made, first and foremost, for us. It all started out with natural soap but Bella Lina Bath carries bath bombs, body frosting, scrubs, etc. because we needed that extra bit of pampering. Snag a dollop of our Sexy Sandalwood Vanilla Sugar Scrub to smooth any rough spots (elbows and feet, anybody?) in under minute. Leave it in your shower or tub as a quick grab to always feel smooth and smell sexy. I can't stop using our Lemongrass Body Frosting when I need a little pick-me-up in the morning, it has a fresh scent and Lemongrass is known to lift your mood. Couple the Lemongrass Sugar Scrub in the shower with the Lemongrass Body Frosting after the shower. It melts right in and keeps my dry eczema skin soft and moisturized all day. Don't forget to shave because you're gonna want to show these off. What's your favorite product to pamper yourself with? We had such a great time at the Orange Park Fall Festival last weekend. The air was crisp and cool and there were so many old friends there, it was great to catch up with everyone. Let's be real though, who had the time? You all kept me busy from the time we opened to the late afternoon. Our bath bombs were such a big hit on Saturday I had to go home and make more for Sunday! On Sunday there was live blues music which just capped off the festival perfectly. We'll definitely be back next year!
![]() Have you read the label of your favorite store bought “soap”? Most are not soap at all, and are usually labeled as beauty, facial, or cleansing bars. These ‘bars’ are actually detergents. Detergents are made from petroleum products and consist mainly of surfactants, foaming agents and alcohols. All of these chemicals can cause sensitivities or allergic reactions because they can penetrate the surface of the skin. Unlike detergents, our handmade soaps:
The skin is not only an amazing organ; it is also our largest organ capable of repairing itself when naturally cared for. We invite you to give our natural handmade soaps a try, and decide for yourself! Why do you use natural soap? |
Quick Blurb:
In six words I'd describe myself as: happy, healthy, humble, loved, grateful and blessed. I come from a long line of creative free spirits. I'm just hoping to raise a couple of kids that accept, embrace and love this world we live in. Oh and I also make soap and stuff. Archives
